Clare’s experience in Accounting and Finance spans over 8 years. She is currently a Senior Investment Manager at Balloon Ventures, managing a portfolio of businesses. Previously, she worked with Ngamia Capital as Portfolio Manager and Iungo Capital as Portfolio Accountant, supporting the post investment process. She also worked at AAR Healthcare Uganda where she served in the capacities of Payables Accountant and later Financial Accountant. Clare has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and is currently completing Level 3 of CPA(U) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She is passionate about ESG compliance, impact financing and the establishment of proper accounting practices for SMEs.
