David’s experience in Banking spans over 9 years. He currently serves as Legal and Recoveries Manager at Balloon Ventures Uganda. Before Balloon, David served as a Business Administrator for 4 years, a commercial loans officer for 4 and half years; and an Agricultural loans officer for 18 months all with Centenary Bank where he grew the loan book of over $6 million. He holds a Bachelors of Agribusiness Management from Makerere university.
